I’m a runner living and training in Portland, Oregon. My average pace is 10-minutes per mile (6mph. Get it?). I like to tour and explore new places while running. Running in new places provides a more intimate experience than driving or cruising on a tour bus. I run as an excuse for travel. I travel as an excuse to run. These are my adventures and thoughts. I’ll cover everything from where to run in a particular city to gluten-free nutrition to what to eat on a 5-hour mountain run. I hope that the thoughts and advice I share here will help you on your own journey. From time to time, I’ll also post additional adventures I take with my family and friends and the occasional thought from the design world or whatever pops into my head. But for the most part, this blog is going to focus on running.
